Legal, Regulatory & Compliance
We advise on regulatory positioning and regulatory compliance frameworks to ensure sustainable participation in complex DCB and mobile payments landscapes. This includes supporting engagement with (self) regulators and industry bodies, representing clients in enquiries or proceedings, and conducting compliance reviews and audits. We also assist regulators with the development, interpretation, and application of codes of conduct, prepare and provide expert witness reports for legal proceedings and act in mediatory- or adjudication capacities.
